Dolce & Gabbana Gives Head (Nod) to Puma Blowjob Ad

dg_blowjob_ad.jpg

Hey, the guys over in Dolce $ Gabbana land must have thought enough time passed since the famed PUMA blowjob ad to reprise it for themselves. Although, this time, its sans bodily fluids and it's gay-themed. We've all got to get it somehow and there's noting wrong with getting it while your D&G's are down around your ankles and some random guy it kneeling in front of you.

This ad sucks. And it sucks.

Except, of course, that he has his strides on. So unless the kneeler has a prehensile tongue...

Didn't the Puma ads only run overseas 'cause we're too prudish here? Are the D&G ads running here?

The Puma ads never ran. They were spoofs.

One of my readers assumed that this could be a spoof too. Is it proofed that this ad is real?

Patrick. I'm not sure but it was an Flicker with a bunch of others in what appears to be a campaign. ANd, the tear along the scans indicates they were torn out of a magazine.

Steve. I'm a little bit paranoid. The tear is no problem for a photoshop guy. So I think I have to regain confidence or take better pills. ;-)

Yes, true on the Photoshop thing. According to the person who posted the images on Flickr, the ads appeared in the March 2006 issue of GQ. I get GQ but I can't find that particular issue. I do seem to recall the ads though. Perhaps someone can dig up an issue?
