Lap-Band Solves Obesity Issue
Maybe if McDonald's and Burger King offered a free Lap-Band with every Happy Meal or Whopper, the legislature and the ad industry wouldn't have to go head to head on this whole obesity thing. After all, if the food can't get in, the kid can't get fat.

Let's have the legislators weigh in (literally) on this phoney issue. Before each is allowed to vote he or she must take to the scales of truth and plead conflict-of-interest if the needle shows a 20 lb. or greater obesity level. Also have them sign a statement that states they have not eaten fast-food in a year or more. Of course, maybe one doesn't get fat eating $1000-a-plate dinners at the Waldorf.
