Barbarian Group Rocks ROFLcon With Closing VIP Party

On Saturday night, Barbarian Group had the post-ROFLcon VIP party at their Newbury Street offices in Boston. Uber-geekiness ruled. Tron Guy was there. iJustine was there. The Jib Jab crew was there. Evan White was there. MC Frontalot was there. Jason Scott was there. Chuck Norris Fact Generator's Ian Spector was there.

It was like sitting in a high school science lab except every geek was, instead, a star quarterback on the state championship football team.

Barbarian Group, the brains behind Burger King's Subservient Chicken, Samsung's AnyFilms and Milwaukee's Best's Beer Cannon, served free booze and food to several hundred conference goers who geeked out and collectively invented the next Twitter (and I don't mean Jaiku and Pownce) without even knowing it.

Tron Guy, aka Jay Maynard, who humorously acknowledges the fact his costume makes him look far less svelte than he might like, had an entire film crew following him around the party. Famous for wearing a freaky costume. Hey, it's the internet, baby.

Check out all the party geekiness here. Thanks to Nikon for lending us the D60 to shoot these images. It blows away the our other camera, a Casio Exilim.
