Comcast Retires Slowskys In Favor of Turbine Rabbit Thingy

comcast_rabbit.jpg

Created by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and directed by Biscuit's Noam Murro, Comcast has ditched the Slowsky turrtles in favor of some hyped up, freaked out, genetically fucked with rabbit with jet turbines strapped on its back driven by an over-caffeinated kook all to,...ya know...illustrate how fast Comcast internet is. I like.

Thanks. That hairless, tongue-waggling bunny now haunts my dreams.

this ad sucks! bet it'll win awards but it won't sell comcast.

Most of the comcast ads I have seen to date have sucked both in concept and execution. This one at least has some production value.
But come on Comcast, I hate it how you waste the money I pay you every month.

funny, this EXACT ad was a mercury finalist a year or so ago (the copy was 99% identical). i loved the spot when it lived in the radio medium. i love it more now seeing it visually brought to life.
