What satisfies a hungry woman? Not the muscle-bound napper at left. Shredded Wheat with Strawberries, on the other hand, might give sex-starved Wifey a run for the money.
The ad comes straight out of next month's Real Simple and is brought to you by Post, the come-hither cereal company with plenty of other other colon-friendly choices. Tempting. But will they make us breakfast in bed?

I saw this ad in Real Simple (we subscribe). I wondered a bit about the plausibility...actually, more than a bit. Seems an odd fit for both mag demo and brand.
The "desperate housewives" look is in.
I'd just call it flat-out desperate. Using sex to sell bland cereal is tasteless and pathetic. As a consumer, I HATE being sold to in this manner. Come on, people.

I think you missed the point! This hungry woman is still hungry post-coital activities, and her partner has collapsed from exhaustion. Now the only thing that can satisfy her is some good nutrition to keep her going for the next round. Isn't this just a play on reversing the sexual stereotypes?
