We smell something fishy behind the eBillme Confessions contest.
The $20,000 grand prize winner for eBillme Confessions was a girl who bought her boyfriend a Plasma TV so he'd give her an engagement ring.
Is it just us or does her boyfriend look suspiciously like this dude, who won $1,000 just weeks ago?

You are correct. Our week one winner was Chris Hong, who lives in Chicago. His first video was about men's beauty products. His girlfriend Natalie, also submitted her own video confession in the final week of the contest about the flat screen TV and engagement ring.
The contest had no limit on the number of times you could submit or the number of times you could win. Both videos were winners! We made both of the videos public, announced the winners, and have been promoting them.
We like the idea of getting the best videos and allowing people to submit repeatedly. So you were correct. That is Chris in both videos, but it's all on the up and up.
