Illegal (in America) Movie File Share Company Sells Pre-Movie Ads

ES5, a Palestinian company, sells 25 second spots placed prior to the start of downloadable movies. The company website states, "Since Palestine is not a signee of the Intellectual Property Agreements, hence International 'Copyright Law', it is legal for ES5 to edit movies like Terminator 3 (in Palestine) and broadcast them to the world with your commercial content."

No one likes to see ads prior to a movie in a physical theater. But many might be willing to view ads if the movie were free which it is in this scenario. ES5 offers for download many new movies such as Tome Raider II, Terminator III, and X2 (X-Men 2).

If you are a daring marketer that isn't scared of the law, you might want to look into this one.

Kylie Minogue's LoveKylie Ad Banned in the U.K.

I don't know why but this ad, featuring Kylie Minogue, for Love Kylie Lingerie has been banned in the U.K. Apparently, there's some nudity in the ad. Take a look. I can't see any. Sure, it's a sexy ad but there's no nudity so what's the big deal?
