Billboard Scares Passersby Into Afterlife
We're all used to people accosting us on the sidewalk to sell us the latest piece of crap but we don't usually expect street-based billboards to shock us into submission.To promote its new show, Afterlife, Britain's itv is scaring the shit out of people with billboard that, well, watch the video and experience it all for yourself. For you widget heads that will comment, "Yawn. So and so did this eons ago," save it. We still like it and think it's very effective in getting notice.

Extremely creative, yes. But also extremely annoying. I'd want to kick the shit out of whoever did that to me. Wish the last guy had punched Mr. Afterlife in the face.
No harm, no foul. I think those who got pissed because they were embarassed for having had the crap scared out of them in public. Especially that last wanker who's proabably too self-absorbed to have fun anyway. If you notice, some laughed and shrugged it off. I think those are the folks who, if they don't already watch the show, will at least check it out as a result of this memorable experience.
Very amusing- although I wouldn't have liked to have walked past it myself. Far superior to the show itself which is utterly shite of the highest order!
