Rosie Dances with Tissue Boxes for Kimberly-Clark Sweepstakes

kimberlyclark.jpg

We stood behind Rosie after that Donald Trump nonsense. We like that she stuck by what she said even when the Trumpster threatened to fling a lawsuit in her direction on one of his ninja-star toupees. But this makes us feel funky about her.

Kimberly-Clark hits The View to push their room makeover sweepstakes. Rosie gets exhaustively excited and right when we think she can't look more insane she does a Broadway number complete with dancing K-C products. And that's not something we could have made up even if we tried really, really hard.

Rosie, we hate to be the ones to tell you, but you're not funny anymore. We can't remember whether you ever really were. You're a bit cartoony. And not in a neat Jim Carey way. You're more like, well, that Roger Rabbit villain who tried to kill the other cartoons with Dip.

He gave us the horrors. And these days, you do too.

Of course you don't get it. Steve, you are not the target. I don't pretend to understand the fascination with paper towels, tissue boxes and toilet paper either. But, believe you me, when a certain someone sees her husband bring home Scott toilet paper in pink and green rolls that is foreplay! If he then starts to vacuum that is getting warmer (more foreplay) and then it devolves into the more widely accepted kisses and nibbles we all associate with sexual foreplay. So, don't be surprised when Rosie "gets excited over paper products...she is not alone...her audience in K-C target and the dancing products and a $25,000 room maker over prize-well you could be the recipient of a collateral benefit. ;)

Have you ever sat through a TV drama designed for the gals because you know she likes it enough to be more likely receptive to quivering under the covers later?? Hmmm? ;)

Good comment, well thought out and written, but take a look at who wrote this post: Contributed by Angela Natividad, not Steve...hmmm...

Substitute Angela for Steve in sentence one. Gender switch in last sentence as appropriate.

It's really okay. Actually, I don't exist. I'm Steve's id.

(Just so you know, ids are notoriously way hot, far too hot to get off on coloured toilet paper, and we do not make significant others watch The View for sadistic, sexual or any other purposes.)

This Kimberly-Clark toilet paper product placement is crap! Especially since Kimberly-Clark is one of the world's biggest destroyers of ancient forests - forests like Canada's Boreal forest, the last largely pristine ancient forest left in North America. Yes its true, 10,000 year old forests are being clearcut to make toilet paper and Kleenex facial tissue by Kimberly-Clark. Flushing ancient forests down the toilet what fun... Not worth the ad dollars, Rosie's getting. - Show some morals!

K-C is not the #5 destroyer of the world's ancient forests. Most of the pulp that K-C purchases is actually sawdust that is pulped (and not at our sawmills since we don't have any)! These Greenpeace idiots and their impotent propoganda machine are showing the world they don't do their homework before fight for a cause, no matter how ill conceived. The best part is that they represent the same methodology as most liberal causes - no facts or data, just unabridged passion. Just ask Al Gore!
